TikTok made me try it!
There were a bunch of these recipes flying around TikTok for awhile there with a block of feta baked with a bunch of cherry tomatoes.
I’m not crazy about the flavor of feta, but read some comments to swap it with burrata or this garlic and fine herbs Boursin cheese. As it turns out, that was great advice!
Bake the Sauce
Unwrap the Boursin cheese and place in the middle of a 9″ x 9″ baking dish. Surround the cheese with cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
While the sauce is baking, boil a pot of water to cook the pasta. You can use just about anything you like. We eat a lot of whole grain pasta – my favorite brand has a penne and a rotini. Cavatappi and bowties are always a fun noodles too!
Drain noodles and return to the pot. Remove the sauce from the oven after 30 minutes and stir to combine. Add to the pasta pot and stir to combine. This sauce is so amazingly cream and smells so decadent!
