- 2 14 oz packages little smokies
- 1 12 oz package bacon
- ½ - ¾ cup dark brown sugar
Cut bacon into thirds.
Wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place bacon wrapped smokies into cast iron skillet.
Sprinkle with ½ - ¾ cup dark brown sugar.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then turn the heat up to 425° for another 15 minutes.
Remove smokies from skillet and place on serving platter or in a crockpot.
