Make sure shrimp is peeled and deveined.
Add cleaned shrimp to a bowl with sliced sausage. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of cajun seasoning and 1 tsp creole seasoning. Set aside.
Combine vegetables in a large bowl and toss with remaining seasoning.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add veggies and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring a few times, until vegetables start to soften.
Add sausage and shrimp to the skillet. Cook for an 5 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked.
