Annual membership is a must!
I upgraded my membership to annual a few boxes ago. You now get the option to chose each of your six main customizations, AND can add additional options from each for $10-$25 each, depending on the items.
I seriously look forward to that FedEx shipping notification that my box is on its way. Although, to be completely honest, I usually wait a few days to open my box. Like I want to give it the attention it deserves and go through all of my goodies!
Annual membership is $179.99 per year (breaks down to $45 per box).
If you’re wanting to try a seasonal box to see what it’s all about, you can get $10 off your first box by using code FAB10 when you signup here.
As an annual member, I got to select what I wanted from each of the 6 customization options. I also added 3 extras that I couldn’t decide between… it’s a nice option to have and I seem to take advantage of it regularly.
Here’s a breakdown of my customizations from the FabFitFun Winter 2021 box!
Customization #1: Sunday Riley A+ High-Dose Retinoid Serum ($85 value)
My skincare game has definitely stepped up with the help of FabFitFun. In the world of things I wish I’d done sooner, that makes the list. I know have a slew of moisturizers and toners and serums to make my skin feel younger and healthier. I’ll definitely be thanking myself in future years for taking care of my skin!
I’ve only been using this serum for about a week, so I haven’t noticed a big change yet. Adding a retinoid to your skincare routine will help brighten your overall skin tone and help reduce sun spots and uneven skin tones.
Customization #2: The Bright Angle Elixir Olive Oil Bottle ($56 value)
I couldn’t wait to get this olive oil bottle filled an on my counter! We go through like a lot of olive oil. I could probably start buying it at Sam’s Club!
The Bright Angle bottle is simple and definitely a higher quality item. It’s solid but not overly heavy. The seal on the spout is tight and even the little cap is a perfect fit!
I love having this on my counter instead of the chunky plastic olive oil bottle on display.
Customization #2: Short Stories Black & White Bowl Set ($39 value – $15 add on)
These Short Stories black and white bowls are adorable also! I didn’t have many small bowls in my kitchen, mostly just larger mixing bowls. So I couldn’t resist adding these to my order!
I’m sure you’ll see them appearing in some photos soon 😉
Customization #3: Masontops Mason Jar Cocktail Shaker Kit ($56 value)
My friends and I have girl’s night every few months. I’m usually responsible for whatever cocktails we’re having. I’ve made some delicious peach and blueberry lemonade spritzers in the summer months. We had apple pie mimosas a few months back for our fall get together. They were a big hit!
I’m sure this will come in handy for our next girl’s night concoctions… and it’s pretty cute too!
Customization #3: Dr. Brandt® Skincare Collagen Serum ($60 value – $15 an add on)
I was definitely looking to add some new serums to my skincare routine. I added this one as well as one from the add on sale. I’ve tried several other Dr. Brandt products in my FabFitFun boxes and haven’t been disappointed with them! Consistently, a very good brand with good products.
Customization #4: Way Of Will Slim Deep ($37.50 value)
Body oils are great this time of year. My skin gets so dry (because I’m always cold have space heaters and fireplaces going constantly) so yeah. This stuff is great. I haven’t necessarily noticed the skin toning elements of it, but it’s definitely hydrating and not at all greasy like other body oils tend to be.
Customization #5: Grown Alchemist Body Cream In Mandarin Rosemary Leaf ($26 value)
I could probably fill an entire drawer in my bathroom with the various creams, lotions and body butters I own. Does that stop me from getting more? Absolutely not!
Grown Alchemist is another of the brands I’ve tried in several of my boxes and keep going back to. I love the metal tube the body cream is in. It’s almost a vintage look, but filled with a very fresh scent!
Customization #6: Billion Dollar Brows 6pc Pro Brush Essentials Kit ($62 value)
Let’s face it. It was probably time to swap out my makeup brushes anyway, so when this set came across my customizations it seemed like as good a time as any.
These seem to be solid brushes. I’ve definitely received some in Ipsy type bags that lose a few strands behind on my face… but so far so good with the Billion Dollar brush kit!
Customization #6: Lucky Brand Solid Brushed Scarf ($69.50 value – $10 add on)
I saw some snowflakes falling this morning, so I guess now is as good of a time as any to bust out the scarf!
This Lucky Brand scarf is thick and totally warm without being scratchy. Plus, I love the extra long fringe on it! It’s a basic scarf with a little uniqueness. Right up my alley!
If you’re keeping track, that’s $491 worth of products. The combined cost of my box was only $85! And I got to try a bunch of new brands and products, AND have definitely found some new favorite things in my FabFitFun Winter 2021 box.
Shop the sale!
Whether you sign up for an annual membership or receive seasonal boxes, you’ll get access to FabFitFun’s sales. You can get bundles, whole extra boxes, or shop items in beauty, fashion, home, apparel and more! My favorite hair scrunchies have come from these sales. Most prices are significantly below retail price!
The only downside is the items aren’t eligible for return, so I’ve been hesitant to try any of the clothing. I’ll take the chance someday because the brands are awesome (like Free People and Draper James) and prices are usually at least a 50% discount from the retail price.
Check out some of the sale items I’ve picked up from past sales!
