Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup salsa con queso
  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • Toppings for serving

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain.
  • Stir in chili powder, chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Add queso, whisk until combined.
  • Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low and cover 5 minutes.
  • Top with your favorite toppings: lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, avocados, salsa, etc.
