Grease bottom and sides of a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
Quarter biscuits and place in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.
Bake biscuits for 5-7 minutes until they start puffing.
Brown sausage, then layer on top of biscuits in the casserole dish.
Add shredded cheese on top of the sausage layer, then add scrambled eggs.
Top with 3 prepared gravy, reserving 1 cup for serving.
Bake 350° 35-40 minutes.
Serve with remaining gravy drizzled on top.
