Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Cassrole

This biscuits and gravy breakfast casserole comes together in about an hour and is the perfect weekend treat. Make it on Saturday morning and have leftovers for Sunday too! Biscuits and gravy breakfast casserole is also perfect for holiday mornings or brunches.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube/roll Grands Biscuits 8 count
  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 scrambled eggs
  • 2 packets country gravy mix 4 cups prepared
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Grease bottom and sides of a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
  • Quarter biscuits and place in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.
  • Bake biscuits for 5-7 minutes until they start puffing.
  • Brown sausage, then layer on top of biscuits in the casserole dish.
  • Add shredded cheese on top of the sausage layer, then add scrambled eggs.
  • Top with 3 prepared gravy, reserving 1 cup for serving.
  • Bake 350° 35-40 minutes.
  • Serve with remaining gravy drizzled on top.
