Add ground beef, egg, 2 tbsp ketchup, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, panko breadcrumbs, red onion, minced garlic, thyme, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Gently mix to combine.
Separate into 2 mini loaves and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush tops with ketchup.
Bake at 450° for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°.
