Add cauliflower pieces to a large bowl and top with olive oil, syrup, sriracha and soy sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
Spread cauliflower pieces on a lined baking sheet (tin foil or parchment will do) leaving enough space between pieces for them to roast. Use 2 pans if necessary.
Bake/Roast 20-30 minutes.
Notes
If you use cauliflower florets rather than larger slices, cooking time may need to be reduced to around 20 minutes.
